Refund policy
We have a 60-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 60 days of receiving your order and we'll issue a full refund — no questions asked.

Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items As a personal care product, opened whitening strips cannot be physically returned for hygiene reasons. However, our satisfaction guarantee still applies — if you're unsatisfied with the results, we'll refund your purchase.
We cannot accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14-day cooling off period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Unopened items must be in the same condition you received them, in their original packaging. You'll also need your proof of purchase.
Refunds We will notify you once your refund has been approved. You'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund, please contact us at sahlco.com/pages/contact.
